Larry, I can so relate!
Many's the WOD I go into thinking "oh man, I don't wanna do this..."
And last week I found myself thinking "maybe I'll just do a set of swiss-ball preacher curls and call it a day..."
But I slog through. Slog through I do.
And (pointing back toward the main theme of the thread) there is method in Coach's madness, and huge value in doing the WOD rather than inventing one on your own.
