This is my first post on this board. I've been reading about the 5x5 workout recently and was wondering what you crossfitters thought about it as I'm looking to give it a go myself soon after my strength / power program is done.
How many exercises per routine? (was thinking 3)
Whats with the 3rd set being the heaviest?
Is it best to test your 5RM first?
Would you use different exercises for different days of the week?
