A little late, but here is what we did. It was a partner WOD, took us 46 minutes if I remember right.

Working with a partner, complete the following. For example, on Day 3, you will complete 3 Power Cleans, then 2 Front Squats, then a partner 200M run. Then move on to day 4 and work your way backwards.

1, 200M Run

2, Front Squats

3, Power Cleans 95#/65#


5, Ring Dips

6, OH Walking Lunges 95#/65#

7, Wall Balls

8, KB Swings 1.5p/1p

9, Bar Facing Burpees

10, Box Jump Overs

11, Knees to Elbows

12, Chest to Bar Pullups
