I went to the park by the river to do some sprints. I ran approximately 40 yard sprints at maximum all out sprint speed for seven repetitions. It was a very intense full body workout. You could really feel the explosive and ballistic nature of that exercise.
After the workout, while I was recovering, a group of homeless guys started hassling me. It just goes to show, no matter how big or strong I get, I am still a bad guy magnet.
It certainly gives me motivation.
I walked away and let it ride.
