Recipies for walnuts
I was looking at the different nutritional profiles for nuts and was pretty impressed by the fact that the fat/carb/protein ratio for walnuts. They have a good amount of fat and protein and are relativly low in carbs vs other nuts and seeds. But, they don't taste so great because they have a pretty sharp flavor compared to the more mild flavor of almond, for example.
Does anyone have any good recipies about how to make them taste better? I was reading that you can fry them in butter and cinnamon, which sounds pretty good. Any other recipies or experience doing what I mentioned above?
