Yesterday for Michael I subbed the Reverse hyper for the 1st round of Back Ext. and 25 reps of the second round. When I do too many BE I get a headache toward the end of the WOD and it gets worse after. The Reverse Hypers were way too easy. I am lucky enough to go to a gym where there is a reverse hyper that you can add weight to. Is there a CrossFit standard on how much weight I should add to make it an effective sub.
