I train as a bodybuilder. I've been following Crossfit w/o for three weeks now. I do Crossfit in the AM and body splits in the PM. I'm really beat, and this is my off season! I also practice my routines, take gymnastics ,dance, and rock climb during the week. How can I best incorporated the WOD into my training? Any advice is appreciated, REALLY!
