What strength numbers should I aim for?
Hey guys, ive been doing the stronglifts 5x5 program for over a month now and seeing some big results. I'm 19, 90kg and 6 foot. Im looking to compete either this year or next and ive quit my training of strength training and met cons together and just doing all strength at the moment until i hit high numbers and then ill be back to doing my fitness. Just wondering how heavy should my lifts be before i get back into my fitness. My 1RM are:-
Snatch 70kg (havn't really been training snatch and clean)
Clean n jerk 100kg
