My last post didn't make it, site crashed..
decided to start running w/ my chocolate lab as a warm-up. Maybe 2 out of 3 times a cycle. He needs crossfit too.
I had to do back squats, the front squats didn't feel right for me. I have to read more on how to do them correctly.
185 (too much, too fast)
195 (dumb, only did 4)
I'm so anxious to progress and get in better shape, but I have to be careful w/ the heavy lifts. Over the winter, I was doing squats w/ 220 lbs, so I just need to be patient and get my muscles used to it again.
I've decided to use this log as sort of a journal. All I really have to say right now, is I'm so happy to have found this site. Feel like I finally have a methodology I can stick w/ and enjoy.
