I pulled my right quad doing thrusters yesterday, and I'm curious if this might be a common injury associated with improper form. Its not too bad - I expect it to be fine in a couple of days, but I don't want to do it again!

I was comfortable with the weight, warmed up, and 12 minutes in when I pulled it. However, I do notice that I tend to put more weight towards the front of my feet, not my heels.

Any thoughts?
