Kettlebell tactical lunge
Kettlebell Halos

Strength:

Pullups 2x max reps
Kettlebell deadlift 10 reps each leg, then switch sides. 4 sets.

Metcon:

15-14-13

Kettlebell swings
Air squats
Pushups
