I did the WOD yesterday with the push jerk starting from the rack and I am about to do the WOD for today. It seems that the only difference between the push and the clean is that you start with the bar on the floor for clean. Is this correct? Also, why, in the excersize videos does the subject do the clean-jerk with a lunge type finish instead of the squat type that is shown on the WOD example video?
