It's really important to think of this as an uneven deadlift. At least, that's what worked for me. I had too much bend in my body on my first set. It was hard on my back. After that, I used deadlift form. Then it was just my forearms giving out. Pullups were hard, but I broke them down into sets pretty well. I was really happy with my performance today. I feel great!
Hmm...so, do you think it's possible to do this in conjunction with squats?
