Busy...

Going to switch to an upper/lower split and up my conditioning on days off. I think this will allow me to get my main lifts in and really start concentrating on diet and weight loss. Still staying with 5/3/1 reps on bench, oh press. Gillingham DL and bastardized westside squatting.
