Your a busy guy Ben. Iv got almost no time just now. Iv been training once every 4 days. Been using AR7 just now, giving my joints a break and allows me to hit muscles hard. Not optimal but it is what it is.

It isnt the mountains ahead that wear you out....Its the grain of sand in your shoe.
