I'm in the opposite dilemma... I should be able to do the 225# deadlifts (although I won't be so bold as to call them easy), but I tried last night to see how I'd do and I could only do one good form HSPU against the wall, although that was within a half-hour of doing the 4x800 runs, so we'll see how that goes. Of course, I'm carrying about 10% more body fat than I should be right now, so I'm basically doing weighted HSPU's... I'm thinking I'm going to go with a strict overhead press for substitution, just not sure on the weight yet.
