Maybe it's old age setting in on me, but I don't think there's any way I could do that much strength work, and then throw a WOD or 2 on the end of it... Thanks a lot Stephen, I appreciate the kudos. I lack so much compared to some of these guys, I just push myself everyday to kick as much *** as I can, while there is still *** to be kicked!
