Bumping an old thread.
This year I'm planning on running another half - in two weeks.
I have done no CFE this year. I have run a single 5k since this run. Any other running is CF or CFF that I've done through the year.

This might be a bad idea, but I'm feeling I can do it.
Anyone have any thoughts or suggest not doing it?
I had some sever ankle issues after last year's half, due to the wrong shoes being worn.
