Re: Warmup routines
When i have my guys do a warmup, its different depending on the workout. Depends on weightlifting, an endurance type wod or a sprint wod like fran, grace, etc.
For heavy lifting i like to do dynamic warmups and some stretches/mobility to get loose and slowly work up to a heavy weight. For short workouts i like to do a longer warmup with some things to get the heartrate up, as well as get loose and ready for a sprint type workout. For endurance type wods or chippers i just do a couple stretches and a short row/run to get everybody loosened up.
