I am a 25 year old male, 6'2" tall, 195lbs, and I have no idea what my body fat is!
My CFT right now is:
Back squat - 330#
Shoulder Press - 145#
Deadlift - 330#
Today I did:
115# push press - 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
Ring push ups - 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10
