Murph straight through
I know Murph is meant to be "partitioned" any which way to get the reps done (not the runs, of course), but is there a group that chooses to do it straight as a ME workout like Angie?
I did it for the first time today, with a time of 48:30. After seeing other posted times, I thought my time was real bad, until I realized most people are doing it a-la Cindy, with 10-20-30 rep schemes or somesuch. This makes me a little prouder of my time, but I wonder if and what the firebreather's times are for a "straight Murph"?
