Ran out of time as usual (to come home and find out dinner wasn't even started which was the whole point to get home upon said agreed time).
Didn't really have 10-15 minutes for the Khalipa/Spealler Hotel DB thruster/burpee WOD.
Did 1 minute of it. 14 thrusters. Definitely suckage. Decievingly tougher than I thought. I'll try the whole thing maybe later this week. Kind of fun. Not exactly sure how much my left knee will like it.
