Protein shake with a bit of olive oil and some grapes, fast, easy, within Zone parameters, but quickly digesting for maximum bang for your buck post-workout.

You might also think of eventually shifting a good portion of your daily blocks to peri-workout, eating meat, veggies and fats the rest of the day. Seems to have the split benefit of insulin control (via low-carb for most meals and Zone ratios overall for the day) along with post-workout nutrition (with the post-workout carb allocation helping drive nutrients to muscles)
