A new PR! I haven't been following the WOD but my routine is pretty close to the black box ME template and only 4 weeks ago my max was 275.
I felt really good with the lift too, I would have tried for 320 but I was running late and I figured I would just end the workout well :-)
So basically, in ~5-6 weeks of doing ME 2 times a week, I have increased my DB bench by 20lbs, squat by ~25lbs, and deadlift by 40. Great stuff.
