And, I really thought about going back and saying...

"FYI, I know the purpose of air squats isn't to make you strong."

But, I didn't.

I like people who have conditioning goals. There are lots of good exercises for those goals. I don't like air squats, but that's just me. I like prowler pushes, tire flips, box jumps, kettlebell swings. Hell, I even like burpees for conditioning.

I just like coaches who understand things like anatomy and anthropometry and gravity.
