3 months pregnant and going crossfit.
I have bee doing Crossfit for about 3 years and have recently found out I pregnant.
I have been reading Crossfit Mom but find I am still curious about things like Bench press, can I still remain upping the weight? I ask because I hear so many people saying negative things about lying on your back.
Also, should I back off with shoulder press???
I have lightened my slow lifts by 40-50%, and do what feels right with my Olympic lifts. With my WODs I focus on my breathing rather then time - (sigh.)
If there are any other Mums to be or Mums that can suggest some things, I would appreciate that!
