Chris, when is this supplement supposed to be taken? I see there are 30 doses so I'm guessing just one shake a day. Post workout? Pre?
I'm not a big supplement guy but wouldn't mind taking one for 2-3 months at a time for a strength cycle. Or maybe to help recovery and gains over the holidays when I should have more time to workout than normal.
Does it seem to help with recovery? Is there any loading period?
Ah. I see the label specifies how/when to take it.
