About a year ago I was doing an OHS workout and I lost the feeling in my right thumb, pointer finger, and bicep was completely useless. Went to the doctor after the feeling didn't come back and was diagnosed with a form of brachial plexis where I pinched a nerve. A couple months of physical therapy and my arm was back to almost normal.
I continued doing CrossFit and was doing well until i did OHS again and it happened, to a lesser degree in my left arm. I am continuing to do workouts and it is getting a little better. Has anyone dealt with this before or is there anything else I can do to get better and keep it that way?
