We've never done any powerlifting and need to get some instruction before trying to clean for time. I have to say this is the first time since I started Crossfit that I actually feel rested after a rest day. Usually I'm still really sore from past workouts...
I still feel totally lame for not being able to do real pullups
Today we did Chelsea modified to go every 1:30 for 20 minutes (really ended up being 19:30 should have done 21...)
Jumped Pullups, all else as Rx'd
I think I pulled my hamstring doing the squats. The back outside of my knee is very tight and very sore. I iced it right after but it's still weak today. I'll do something else today beside running until in settles down.
