I think this might be my first post, but I am on about 1.5 yrs of CrossFit. Any how--to my point.
I have only done GHDSU one time before. I didn't love them... but I did them. It was in Mr. Joshua (Five rounds for time of: Run 400 meters, 30 Glute-ham sit-ups, Deadlift, 15 reps). I got some pretty intense soreness in the gut from them, but nothing near Rhabdo as I a listen to my body well, hydrate and rest as needed.
I see there are GHDSU in the programming for tonight, and at a much lower volume (like 10 3xs, whew). This time I have my period. I am already bloated and sore in the gut. Has anyone done GHD during your cycle? I never have, and I was just curious what your experience may have been like. Any tips you might have for me?
