@Joey - Right, BCAA+ about 4 minutes prior to your session and 2 scoops of Nitrean+ in water etc. after your session. I also suggest one scoop of Nitrean+ before bed.Thanks to everyone else!
Why do you recommend this? If you get enough protein throughout the day, wouldn't the shake before bed be overkill?
