Wow. Just Wow.
I usually am not too into taking too much time off to recover, but I was forced into taking a week off because I had some field training. This weekend I'm picking the 2 hardest WOD to do then I'll get back on schedule.
Anyways, after my "forced recovery" I actually felt pretty strong.
Did this brutal workout in 54:12 with about 40# kettlebell swings (back isn't quite up to doing 2 pood yet).
But what really suprised me is that I actually did all 150 pullups without resorting to jumping pullups. That's a first for me. The most I had done before was about 85-90 or so.
