I have the book and I use it take specific movements to the next level.
I never know how long I will do it for or when, I just do it. I can sit in front of the TV in the evening and floss body parts for 5min here and 5 min there.
If I have a sticky area I will work on that a little more but no specific routine.
Rather than go all in from the start I started testing it, getting the feel of things and how much or little I could take and built up from there.
What I have found is that I can do it at work too, 2min here, 5min there basically anywhere.
Start off slow and learn what your body needs and how it reacts, do not over do it and try and do this 40min a day because in the end it will be too much and you will get bored. Much better to do a little all of the time than nothing for a long time.
