I've been using it for a couple of months, and I really find it beneficial. Previously I'd been recording all my food in a notebook and entering it into a homemade spreadsheet with numbers from www.calorieking.com (wfs).

I think FitDay's numbers on foods seem okay for the most part, but I'm not convinced about their caloric requirements, basic metabolic rates and such. I generally figure that out with equations from other sources and just use FitDay to make sure I'm within my nutritional goals. I also use the journal as a backup for my exercise posts on CrossFit.

One thing I wish FitDay had is a body fat tracker.
