I'm very new to Crossfit and tried Fran on Thursday last week. Since then I've had a pain in the middle of my hands. It is improving slightly but I still have it. I used 35kg for the thrusters and the workout went well but the pain started the next day. The only thing I can think of is that when doing the thrusters I didn't rest the bar on my shoulders like a front squat but just held the bar at my shoulders. Could this be the problem and has anyone experienced this before??
