1. Rest for now (if it's chronic, then no... very light exercise NOTHING that hurts though).
2. ICE... A LOT. Direct ice massage is good, but if not anything else works.
3. Massage... push blood from the infraspinatus area into the acromion. Also aim for any spots that may be bunched up or tight
4. Again, nothing that aggravates
