Thanks for the tip. I think I'll add some to the push-ups, pull-ups, and dips, maybe changing up grips from set to set.

I'll be out of town in Jersey City on busines for the next 3 days, so I'm pretty much limited to body-weight-only exercises and maybe running if the weather is ok. But even at that, there's enough variety available in that to get in a pretty intense and varied workout - especially if I Tabata or do 21-15-9 for time type of thing.

Actually, I could take my rings with me too, and slip the straps in the door frame and do body rows.

Probably time to start checking in at the other forums on this board too.
