Only way you can gain serious mass or rather that much is by cutting the metcons to 0 and eating more calories than you burn and strength training 2 or 3 times a week and resting plenty. Doing crossfit 6 times a week will hinder any chance of gaining that much mass. Sure you may gain 3 or 4 lbs o solid muscle over 6 or more months on crossfit but your talking about a long wait. Best bet is strength training + nutrition + sleep. It doesn't have to be starting strength but thats a great place to start though.
