yesterday I ate a large salad as part of my meal for both breakfast and lunch. By mid afternoon I felt overly full and the tummy was bloated and irritated. I'm having trouble getting in enough good carbs without grains - it's both inconvenient and expensive.... so I'm planning to start eating more bananas and dried dates. Do you peeps have any other recs for high density, paleo carbs. I could do raisins or other dried fruit too.
