Fallen Firefighter Memorial WOD - Entries

Here are the entries to the Fallen Firefighter Memorial WOD. Please take a week and do a few of them. They are all really strong entries and I can't wait to try some out. Regardless of which one 'wins,' I hope they all live on in our workout binders to be performed with reverence.

I will post the poll for these on August 5, and voting for them will close on August 12.

Entry 1

For time:
Row 78 calories
78 Ring dips
78 Deadlifts, 185 pounds
78 Hand stand pushups
47 Squat clean and jerk, 115 pounds

Entry 2

13 Rounds for time:
6 Flights of stairs or 78 Box step ups, 12 inch box
10 Pushups
10 Good mornings

Wear bunker gear and SCBA and carry a highrise pack for the stairs, or wear a 50 pound weighted vest or backpack and hold a pair of 25 pound dumbbells for the step ups. Post SCBA model and bottle size (if applicable).

For time:
78 Step ups, 12 inch step
78 Thrusters, 45 pounds
78 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood
Row 78 calories, or 78 Sumo deadlift high pulls, 45 pounds
47 Double unders

Wear bunker gear and SCBA and carry a highrise pack for the steps, or wear a 50 pound weighted vest or backpack and hold a pair of 25 pound dumbbells. Post SCBA model and bottle size (if applicable).

35 Medicine ball chops, 20 pounds, or 35 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
35 Tailboard jumps, 24 inch tailboard
Farmers walk 50 m, 35 pound dumbbells
Run 400 m carrying high rise pack, 35 pounds
Waiters walk 50 m, 35 pound dumbbells
35 Dips
Run 400 m
Hose drag 50 m, 100 foot length of large diameter hose

As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
Farmers walk 25 m, 65 pound dumbbells
20 Wall-ball shots, 20 pound ball
10 Deadlifts, 225 pounds

If you have SCBA and bunker gear, or a weighted vest, wear it. If you do the workout on air, do as many rounds as possible before your bell starts ringing. Post SCBA model and bottle size (if applicable).
