The surf has been pretty good the past several days so I have taken a hiatus from CF. The only work out I attempted was

10 Push-ups
10 Dips
75 pound Push-press, 9 reps
4 rounds.
My back is feeling stronger but I continue to have pain and weakness in my left shoulder. The pain isn't restricting in most most movement. Just certain things like push press.

Rest Day
I surfed for over an hour this morning.
