the 70% (ish) split is pretty universal between Men's and Women's Rx'd weights. they also seem to work well to easily build a bar. at least, that was the case when I got started and every one used the same barbells.
Grace/Isabel/Elizabeth @ 135 for men = 45# bar + pair of 45s
Grace/Isabel/Elizabeth @ 95 for women = 45# bar + pair of 25s

however, "women's bars" (15kg) have become much more prevalent in the past few years, so it doesn't easily build out that way any more.
