Friday - Did the WOD from the other day that I missed (I am not ready for a total yet).

3 rounds of 500m rowing and 50 wall ball.

I used a 4lb ball, and averaged about 2:10 for each 500m. A total of 18:02. I think that overall fitness is getting in the way of better times. I just get winded and tired in the middle and have to take breaks. I can't decide if a slightly slower approach might be better and allow me to push more consistently. I think though, that I am better to go as I am, and take some breaks. Suits my personality better.
