Re: Nutrition pre early morning workout

Before a morning workout I've found that 2-3 eggs scrambled with some spinach is an excellent breakfast. I dunno how much spinach, exactly. I just throw it in the pan with the eggs until it looks like enough. Typically I'll eat that about 45 minutes prior to hitting the gym. I thought about doing eggs and salsa, but that would cause a little indigestion during the WOD.
