I rested yesterday, got up this morning and...

Barbera:

5 rounds
10 pull ups
20 push ups
30 sit ups
40 squats

rest 3 min in b/w each round
1. 2'22"
2. 2"21"
3. 2"30"
4. 2'26"
5. 2'20"

I am now also the official owner pf a squat rack. It is a york model I bought on Wednesday. Looking forward to front squats in the next cycle. taking a day off tomorrow as we are camping this weekend.
