injuries need to b rested. simple as that. Pushing through an injury will just make things worse. i'd rest, eat, sleep, ice, stretch, mobility etc etc etc until ur race. if not heeled by then it's up to u how much it means to b in the race. Unless the prize is huge $ it may not b worth it to push through with an injury.
