Does anyone else think that is too many SDHP's?
The rounds currently consists of:
1st Round: 100 SDHP
2nd Round: 75 SDHP
3rd Round: 50 SDHP
Is subbing 400m run for every 500m of rowing a good substitute? Maybe I could sub the first round of 1k row with 400m run + 50 SDHP's, and second round of 750m row with 400m run + 25 SDHP. And for the 3rd round -- Just a 400m run? hmmm...
