The WOD I will be working on consists of rounds that include:
No rower at my gym.
So I'll need to sub SDHP. How many reps of SDHP do I have to be equivalent of a row of: 1k, 750m, 500m?
Also, I have no idea how much weight I should put on for the SDHP.
I only had one workout about 2 months ago which had me doing SDHP at 95 lbs., for rounds with reps of 18-15-12-9-6-3. Aside from this workout, I have no other guage of how much weight I should use for the SDHP.
Any suggestions and help will be greatly appreciated!
