Well my fella Karl has finally got me into CrossFit! Have been wanting to start for a while but have had glandular fever so couldn't do anything much, let alone training. I'm a swimmer usually but am really enjoying the oylmpic lifts I tried the other day - definitely helps having a personal trainer for a boyfriend....
Also did the run yesterday - managed 3.5 miles and I had to stop... But pleased with it nontheless as it's been so long since did anything like that. Any advice on the best way to train after being ill with this kind of thing would be great.
