Thurs was the front squat/HSPU/400m run WOD we spoke about... got a lot of looks at my "supported" HSPU, and the sprinting out of the gym for the 400m got some glances as well. After that WO, I did some L-sits (max. hold/1 min rest b/w rounds) and a guy at the gym was asking some ?'s about them, I also showed him the knees-to-elbows. Maybe I'll see him today...
